I work at a computer most of the time, where i write letters and reports.
I answer the phone calls, mostly from retailers.

I send invoices (faktury) to costumers.
I show visitors around the factory.
I do general paperwork, for example: filing reports (podávat hlášení), writing memos (psaní poznámek), answering letters
I arrange (domlouvat) meetings for my boss and other managers in the company.

The main purpose: to gather (shromáždit) and work with information and with data, which have to be sorted, stored, duplicated and indexed

it is for one or a few person
it is usually furnished with traditional furniture
Open-plan office
it is a large space divided by freestanding partial-height partitions
it is usually designed to accommodate a large number of office workers

it is a specal type of clerical work done from home

Offices are places for office’s works. We know two kinds of offices – box office and open plan office.
In office we can find some equipment for work. Of course in every office we can find desk and boards. Very important is also notice board and diary for better remember things which we have to do. In noticeboard is possible to find pins and pushpins.
On the desk is usually computer with programs. For good use computer is necessary keyboard and mouse.
Next to the computer is mostly calculator for quickly counting when we need.
On the desk you can also see mug with pens (kelímek s propiskami), scissors, markers, ruber, or sticky tape (lepící páska).
For comfortable work every office worker need chair.
Next to the office can be also filling cabinets (kartotéky) with files and invoices which every company must keep.
In office you can also find rubish bin for some mess.
There is a psychical hard work, because you are responsible for a lot cases in the office.
Every assistant also deal with phone calls and arrange meeting.
The best works in offices are copiering, scanning, checking and printing whatever.
In office you can have a chill time during a break. You can make coffee and you can converse with your colleagues.
