Sport is very refreshing relaxation and can help take off some weight. It doesn’t matter if you do indoor or outdoor sports. You can only go to the gym. It is important to keep you fit. And I think that to do some sport is a part of modern life style.
At the present time it is important to be good looking. But it can cause some illnesses, especially bulimia and anorexia nervosa. These illnesses are very dangerous and can conduce to death. I don not know, if going to the museum belongs to the good lifestyle at the present time. I think that there are some museums but maybe rather some exhibitions , that are up to date. For example like the exhibition Charles IV and Prague, 10 centuries of architecture or Blanka Matragi and so on. Sometimes it is quite difficult to get to these exhibitions. Especially to the exhibition about Charles IV, it was almost impossible to get there. So we can say that going to the museums belongs to our lifestyle today. At least it belongs to my lifestyle and I think that I can say to your lifestyle too.
