Cíl
The aim of the subject is provided to students the basic overview about waste and waste management. Students will study prevention, treatment, possibilities of proper use or disposal of waste. The waste water issue including principles of treatment and cleaning will be explained. Waste treatment technology will be shown to students during the excursions in the firms.

He is able to describe individual ways of waste handling (recycling, waste to energy, incineration and land-filling) and explain their advantages and disadvantages. He knows basic principle of waste water treatment.Dovednosti:He is able to class the waste according waste catalogue. He will make decision about re-classification of dangerous waste to other waste. He is able to distinguish individual ways of municipal waste collection and apply it in practice. He can correctly separate components of municipal waste. He is able to process biowaste practically.
