They know the legislation background of food supplements market and major supplements available.Dovednosti:Graduates are able to describe nutritional patterns of foods, relation to healthy life style and a role of food in disease prevention. Individuals gain skills in the evaluation of efficacy of and possible risk of most supplements available on the market. They have skills in food supplements registration process.Kompetence - komunikace:Course graduates have synthetic knowledge on food nutritional value, food processing basics and healthy eating relations. They are able to obtain relevant evidence-based knowledge from scientific literature and share the knowledge with general and professional public.Kompetence - úsudek:Students can critically evaluate food and food supplements market in terms of food quality and relation to healthy eating.
