Získané způsobilosti
Znalosti:s After graduation in this subject, which builds on his knowledge of anatomy and morphology from his Bachelors study, the student can name and describe in detail the individual body parts of farm and pet animals, also to show on models the organ systems and internal body organs of animals. He also knows how to work with a light microscope far better. He knows the histological preparation from body organs and is capable of defining the functional relationships among tissues in the organ. He knows how to utilize his knowledge of the main steps of the embryonic development of the young of farm animals for reproduction and biotechnological procedures in the breeding of animals. Within the framework of comparative anatomy he is able to define morphological differences in the body structure of herbivores, omnivores and carnivores. He is prepared for the study and understanding of genetics and selective breeding of animals and for the study of reproductive biotechnology. Dovednosti:On the basis of morphological signs the student can identify individual body parts, organs, and tissues of farm and pet animals and describe them on a cellular and subcellular level. He knows how to work with a light microscope well and to find and define in a histological preparation individual tissues and on the basis of his theoretical knowledge to determine the structure of the organ from which the sample was taken. He can work with information from histology and above all embryology for intervention in the reproduction and biotechnology of animals. He knows how to understand and explain the morphological-functional relationships among the body organs of animals and the necessity of a given morphology for the functioning of animal bodies as an independent entirety, as an individual.Kompetence - komunikace:With his knowledge of Czech anatomical terminology, he is able to communicate in Czech regarding professional anatomical-physiological subjects. He can formulate and discuss professional questions concerning the utilization of animals and their appropriate care, as well as questions about the introduction of new biotechnological methods in agricultural practice. He can read and use professional and scientific literature.Kompetence - úsudek:He is led to a creative and initiative approach to the study of anatomy, histology, and embryology. On the basis of his knowledge and discussion of the development, structure and function of the body organs, he can form his own opinion on the importance, the demandingness of a function and possible damage to body organs, which lead to the misery, reduction in economic value, and possibly to the death of an animal.
