The subject concur to the MSc studies, subjects : soil physics, hydropedology, where the relations of soil and water were explained and was defined the role in the hydrologic water cycle. The subject explains this part of soil physics which was not taught due to time limit in the MSc. It describes properties of soil particles and aggregates, soil moisture and another methods of its determination, soil water and solutes movement and their numerical simulation, determination of hydrophysical parameters in situ and lab, movement of gas in unsaturated system. Some aspects of natural resources protection in soil-water-atmosphere- plant system. In the teaching process, part of the education is problem oriented to the theme of each PhD student thesis content.
