Znalosti:Student knows how to measure trees and how to obtain basic mensurational characteristics of a forest stand. Student understands primary sense of forest management in terms of forest functions and decennium planning, with respect of management goals on any management unit (small or large owners). Student's knowledge includes temporal and areal arrangement of forests, forest yield, optimization of felling and forest modelling.Dovednosti:Student is able to apply his or her knowledge on expert tasks in practical life, particularly in preparing forest development concepts in small or middle sized companies as members of the company management. Student is able to use the knowledge in elaboration of forest management plan and related forestry operations (tending, felling).Kompetence - komunikace:Student can be leader or controller, as well as he can perform the work (analytic or projection) on his own. He or she is able to link information among them and make an opinion about the problem.Kompetence - úsudek:Student is able to make a correct opinion about production of the stands and is able to plan forest development for several decenniums. As well he or she can manage and control all kinds of processes, including severe or unpredictable changes.
