He knows about different methodologies of research in biological field, about methods of hypothesis formulation, possibilities of experimental set-up and of methodology in data gathering at a level of an individual, population and ecosystem. Student has the knowledge of common parametric and non-parametric analysis and methods in results interpretation.Dovednosti:Student can use this knowledge in planning his bachelor and diploma thesis and other research tasks. He can formulate hypothesis, plan a field work for collecting data, prepare data for processing and choose the correct analysis.Kompetence - komunikace:Student can collaborate on research in tasks of planning the design, data management and data processing.Kompetence - úsudek:Student is able to make right decisions in planned research, data processing and interpreting in biological context.
