Získané způsobilosti
Znalosti:Graduates have knowledge of biology and taxonomy of main commercially planted forest broadleaved species. They get acknowledged about production and non-production utilization of native and exotic broadleaved forest tree species. They become basic information about species distribution within European forests and their productive and non-productive potential. They see forest as a complex entity of a productive character, but have an insight into all important non-productive aspects. In practical part of this subject they learn how to determine all native broadleaved forest tree species and exotic broadleaved tree species according to basic morphological traits (buds, leaves, fruits and bark).Dovednosti:Graduates orient themselves in ecological demands, variability and growth characteristics of native broadleaved forest tree species and selected exotic broadleaved forest tree species. They can evaluate forest tree species from a view point of production and non-production utilization. On a basis of individual traits they are able to determine all native and selected productive introduced tree species.Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates are skilled to work both on their own and as parts of working teams. They know how to present and formulate their opinions. They put the information and thoughts clearly. They concretize problems and offer possible solutions.Kompetence - úsudek:Graduates of this subject have an initiative and creative work approach. They are able to identify and apply various sources of information (scientific literature, documents, databases, web pages). They use their own experience and recent expert knowledge to draw conclusions about problems. They are able to delegate work on their employees and control them efficiently.
