Znalosti:Knowledge Graduates have a comprehensive knowledge in the fields of general entomology, morphology, anatomy and functioning of the insect body, zoogeography and systematics of insects completely. They have a general awareness of the characteristics of insect orders, more detailed knowledge of lower taxa, which is directly related to forestry, agriculture and nature protection. From the Systematic Entomology they have knowledge of phylogeny, based on cladistic phylogenetic relationships among taxa. They understand to theories, views and functioning of the insects as an important ecosystem components. They know the trophic links between insects and the ecosystem as a whole. Skills They understand to theories, views and functioning of the insects as an important ecosystem components. They know the trophic links between insects and the ecosystem as a whole .They can evaluate the changes in terms of forest ecosystems and associated management. They have a broad awareness of the impact of forestry and related activities on the populations of insects protected by legislation of the CR and EU legislation or insect listed in Red list of invertebrate of Czech Republik. He knows what is the economic importance of individual taxa, they have knowledge of the extensive use of integrated forest protection with regard to nature conservation.
