Znalosti:Students of this subject gain knowledge about basic anatomical-morphological structure and reproduction and spreading of fungi. They have knowledge of dendrology, arboriculture and ecological claims of forest trees. They have basic knowledge of mycology - taxonomy, taxonomical level of classification fungi and fungi-like organisms, ways of spreading these organisms, infections types and types of rot. They have knowledge of symptoms of the most serious diseases of forest trees.Dovednosti:Students are well informed in classification of fungi and fungi-like organisms. They are able to classify the most important, the best-known and the most widespread pathogens. They have basic knowledge of importance of main taxons of fungi and fungi-like organisms from economic losses point of view in forest trees.Kompetence - komunikace:They lead a multi, complex and diverse groups, or effectively operate under bridges or in partnership with qualified experts. You can formulate and present their own views, reflecting the views of other members of the group, clearly communicate information, ideas, problems and solutions to both professionals and laymen using a range of multimedia techniques.Kompetence - úsudek:Gradueted are able to use the obtained skilled knowledge for protection of trees against fungal pathogens. They are able to identify the most serious fungal pathogens in forest or in laboratory and design the effective way of protection (mostly preventive in arboriculture, but predictive, biological, chemical etc. too). They are informed about quarantine organisms and phytosanitary measures.
