Znalosti:Students have proper theoretical and practical knowledge concerning selected areas of environmental economics. Students acquire fundamental knowledge and practical facility about macroeconomic consequences and business economics related to environmental protection. Students learn the basic terms in the field of environmental economics; they have an understanding of basic approaches related to the principle of sustainable development of society. Students acquire practical and theoretical knowledge which is necessary for managerial procedure in environmental organizations both in private and public sector.Dovednosti:Students can apply their knowledge by solving problems connected with environmental protection in enterprises. They are able to take decisions, make new knowledge and approaches and integrate into practical applications the findings from different fields. Students can properly apply the mix of environmental protection instruments (including the economics instruments) for the pragmatic environmental protection. They are knowledgeable in theoretical approaches and mainly in practical applications leading to solve of practical environmental problems. They are able to adopt the new knowledge and approaches, integrate findings from different branches into praxis on the enterprise level in the field of environmental policy, in public services and in the private sector.Kompetence - komunikace:Students can manage and control such working activities, where the unpredictable changes can occur. They are able to manage difficult special activities or projects including the strategic planning and they are also able to lead groups consisting of different experts. On the business level they are able to communicate proper on all level of management.Kompetence - úsudek:Students are able to make their own proper opinions of problems connected with the environment in the framework of their theoretical and practical knowledge. They are able to recommend the right combination of environmental instruments to achieve the sustainable development.
