Znalosti:Knowledge concerning the latest developments in this branch. Graduates be able to marking trees for the forest harvesting, according to the quality of the wood, the economy, the appropriateness of treatment and technical requirements with regard to the possibilities of logging and transportation of timber from forests. They have an overview of all forest mechanization used in the production of wood in the forest management. Its deployment can plan to minimize negative impacts on the forest environment. They have knowledge of wood assortments according to the relevant recommendations. They know the process used to measure and raw timber scaling and primary records of wood and they are able to apply in practice. They have the detailed knowledges of the work safety for the production process of the raw wood.Dovednosti:Graduates are able to apply their knowledge in specialized skills during a solving of practical as well as theoretical problems in a research and innovation. They are able to develop new procedures and to integrate knowledges into the practice at the level of small and medium-sized enterprises, as a managers or representatives of the state administration. They can apply their expertise. They are able to use their knowledge in practice in the implementation of the forest management plan and combine related forestry activities (silviculture, forest harvesting). They are able to ensure the sustainable management as required by international treaties.Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates can manage and control work in the production process of forest harvesting. They are able to manage complex technical operations or preparing projects, including strategic planning and to lead working teams.Kompetence - úsudek:They have the ability to make a correct judgement on production capacity of forests on their technical knowledge as well as to assess the possible risks and vulnerability to degradation and damage during the working process in forests.
