Znalosti:Students have a wide knowledge about data collection, data handling, treatment and interpretation of biological data. They know the importance of various statistical parameters.Dovednosti:Students are able to formulate research questions and statistical hypotheses and preparate data for different statistical analyses. They can also create a graphical or tabular outputs of analyses.Kompetence - komunikace:Students are able to make a comprehensible explanation of statistical analyses and they can interprete and discuss the biological data, namely in the domain of plant and animal ecology and behaviour.Kompetence - úsudek:Students are able to recognize the importance of various statistical parameters and variability of data. They are able to form questions and statistical hypotheses according to their current knowledge or fingding in scientific literature.
