Znalosti:- Students understand importance of institutional setting of various forms of organizations for the international development and development of social capital and empowerment of local population. They are aware of different management techniques, human relations, fundraising and accountability of international and local CSO. - They have knowledge of underlining forces in international relations, of organizational management and various activities and their impact of selected organizations active in the field of international development, security, and financing in global context. They understand basic terms, relations and theories related to international law, global security and daily praxis of big international organizations. Dovednosti:- Students can use and are able to evaluate appropriateness of different research methods applicable in the field of effectiveness and impact of organizations in development - They are able to analyze internal and external factors of successful local or international CSO - Based on a given problem from international relations and community development they are able to formulate their thoughts and opinions critically, using professional terminology in the form of essay and oral presentation Kompetence - komunikace:Students are able to argue reasonably and formulate critical judgments based on relevant information. They are able to work effectively and in partnership with other colleagues and experts and they are able effectively communicate their knowledge.Kompetence - úsudek:Students know how to gather, organize and use data from primary and secondary sources. They are able to identify, formulate, and analyze problems and propose and justify solution to them
