Cíl

To familiarize students with the engineering systems in the Crop production, Animal Husbandry, utilization of nature resources from the material flow calculation to energetic balance, material sciences, manufacturing technologies in Agricultural Engineering and Agro-Industry, conventional and unconventional transport of material, remote sensing and navigation, rehabilitation programme from Automotive through Agriculture Machines to Postharvest technologies, Postharvest - processing - packaging technologies for pilot agriculture crops. An objective this multidisciplinary oriented subject is to familiarize students with engineering aspects essential for design of sustainable development in the rural development of the tropics and subtropics. The subject is focused for students, who will be in future designers and implementers of projects as UN experts, governmental experts or NGO's experts in the field of rural development in the tropics and subtropics in an engineering professional field.

Získané způsobilosti

Znalosti:Graduates are equipped with both theoretical knowledge and technical skills that is required in the engineering professional field of study.Graduates have the capacity utilize the expertise in the application of the engineering systems in the Crop production, Animal husbandry, utilization of nature resources from the material flow calculation to energetic balance, material sciences, manufacturing technologies in Agricultural Engineering and Agro-Industry, conventional and no conventional Transport in Agriculture, rehabilitation programme from Automotive through Agriculture Machines to Postharvest technologies, Postharvest - processing - packaging technologies for pilot agriculture crops.Dovednosti:Graduates are able to apply their knowledge in practical assignments - as an independent expert of teams is implementing projects in the tropics and subtropics, but also at small and medium-sized institutions or enterprises of countries with developed economies - as a member of creative team in the field of operational and medium technical management. - as a manager and implementer of their own business plan, able to manage their own enterprise - in the application of theoretical knowledge into practice - in the realization of non-standard challenges in projects in the tropics and subtropics. They master techniques like energetic balance calculation in transport of materials in agriculture, energetic balance calculation of material flow during the manufacturing of machine elements, and the calculation of energetic requirements for the postharvest technologies. Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates are able to lead multi, complex and diverse teams or effectively operate under guidance or in partnership with qualified experts. They have the potential to formulate and present their own views, reflecting the views of other members of the team, and comprehensibly transfer information, ideas, problems and solutions to both professionals and laymen using a range of multimedia techniquesKompetence - úsudek:Graduates are able to review and improve their own performance and than of others, to supervise the routine work of others, taking some responsibility for the evaluation and improvement of work activities. Graduates can manage projects including planning, implementation and feedback control.
