Získané způsobilosti
Znalosti:After accomplishment of the program, graduates are able to apply the theoretical and practical expert knowledge in the field of professional engineering, particularly in the farm machinery for plantation crops cultivated in the tropical and subtropical zones. The knowledge gained allows graduates to prepare and implement functional agro-mechanization project proposal for application starting tillage machines, sowing machines and planters, plant protection machines and harvesting machines to postharvest technologies. Graduates understand and can practically apply the knowledge about problematics of agricultural machinery and equipment, its design, function and use in relation to agro-technical requirements of plant production with focus to plantation crops.Dovednosti:Graduates are able to apply their knowledge in practical assignments - as an independent expert of teams is implementing projects in the tropics and subtropics, but also at small and medium-sized institutions or enterprises of countries with developed economies - as a member of creative team in the field of operational and medium technical management. - as a manager and implementer of their own business plan, able to manage their own enterprise - in the application of theoretical knowledge into practice - in the realization of non-standard challenges in projects in the tropics and subtropicsKompetence - komunikace:Graduates are able to lead multi, complex and diverse teams or effectively operate under guidance or in partnership with qualified experts. They have the potential to formulate and present their own views, reflecting the views of other members of the team, and comprehensibly transfer information, ideas, problems and solutions to both professionals and laymen using a range of multimedia techniquesKompetence - úsudek:Graduates are able to review and improve their own performance and than of others, to supervise the routine work of others, taking some responsibility for the evaluation and improvement of work activities. Graduates can manage projects including planning, implementation and feedback control.
