Znalosti:Students have knowledge about theoretical and practical background of land consolidation planning. They learn to analyse the many input factors of the process of land consolidation. They are familiar with the history and development of this process and with the development of land ownership. Students are also educated in particular process of land consolidation, its forms and appropriate legislation. They are able to explain the meaning of claim and proposal balances, abstract of title, land and property register and the goal of land consolidation.Dovednosti:s After completing this course, students are able to create a basic land consolidation project in a given cadaster (the plan of common facilities, changes of ownership ) and a visualization of the design. . Students are required to present their projects professionally using modern software and to defend their presented ideas. The subject is a prerequisite for obtaining an authorization in land consolidation projecting. Competencies - making judgments Students are able to operate both under a leadership and in the team cooperation. They can formulate and present their opinions, clearly communicate information and define problems and possible solutions. * Competencies - communication Students are able to approach their work creatively and enterprisingly. They use relevant statements at creating their opinion (literature, personal experience, experience of specialists), they take responsibility for evaluation and improvement of their work.
