Znalosti:Graduates acquire theoretical knowledge from the field of engineering hydrology. They get familiar with advanced techniques used for description of hydrologic cycle hydrological processes, and for advanced statistical analysis of hydrologic data. These techniques are based on fundamental physical laws and graduates are able to apply them in specific engineering solutions.Dovednosti:Graduates are able to use gained knowledge for solving water management issues and in other relating courses of the study field e.g. hydrology modelling, groundwater hydrology, soil water hydrology, drainage, irrigation, small water streams, small water reservoirs, water supply and sewerage systems.Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates are able to communicate within engineering and research groups where they are able to formulate, explain and defend particular solution. They are able to explain and defend their opinions on such a solution. Using one universal language graduates are capable of communicating and understanding the literature in the field of engineering hydrology.Kompetence - úsudek:While dealing with hydrologic problems graduates are capable of creating descriptions and finding solutions. Further, they are able to assess the accuracy of particular solution. Graduates can manage with practical hydrologic problems including those more complicated ones. They are able to present and defend opinions in the professional discussion.
