Získané způsobilosti

Znalosti:Students use the knowledge in the field of hydrology and hydraulics, and apply it in the framework of the course Hydraulics II. Students are able to derive the necessary hydrologic and hydraulic characteristics and use them to build a hydraulic model. They are able to assemble a hydraulic model of any river channel and to assess the channel and structure status by reason of the N-year water passage. Based on the assembled models, students define the flood lines and design measures to improve the situation in the watercourse.Dovednosti:Without any problems students can define N-year flood zones and assess the endangered structures in the flood zone. They are able to locate the places in water flow, causing the floods, and design measures to prevent undesirable situations.Kompetence - komunikace:Students can work both in a team and under an expert supervision. In this course they apply especially the teamwork. They are able to formulate and present their own views, they can present information and ideas clearly, specify the problems and possible solutions.Kompetence - úsudek:Students are able to approach the work creatively and actively. While inferring they use relevant facts (expert literature, their own experience, knowledge earned from tutorials etc.). Students can bear the responsibility for the assessment and improvement of the working process. Within the framework of certain rules student can manage working team leadership.
