Znalosti:Graduates gain theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics - hydrostatics and hydrodynamics. They understand the derivation of basic equations based on fundamental physical laws and they are able to apply them to concrete solutions.Dovednosti:Graduates are able to use obtained knowledge for solving surface and subsurface water problems, and in other relating courses of the study e.g. special hydrogeology, hydropedology and groundwater flow and contaminant transport.Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates are able to communicate within engineering and eventually research groups where they are able to formulate, explain and defend particular solution. They are able to explain and defend their opinions on such a solution. Using one universal language graduates are capable of communication and understanding the literature in the field.Kompetence - úsudek:While dealing with hydraulic problems graduates are capable of creating descriptions and finding solutions, and they are able to assess the accuracy of particular solution. Graduates can manage with practical hydraulic issues including more complicated one's and they are able to present and defend opinions within the field discussion.
