The aim of Logistic systems is to introduce studens to some exact approaches in logistics. Logistic systems does not substitute logistics in general - its main aim is to show applications of various types of mathematical models in transpotation, inventrory and production logistics including their software solving using analytical and simulation tools.

Znalosti:Students are oriented especially in quantitative approaches in logistics - logistic models - and their applications in every part of a logistic chain. The subject is focused mostly on micrologistics but the macrologistic approach is focused too. Students are familiar with software products both general and special; they are able to model there real problems from transportation, invetory a production logistics.Dovednosti:Graduates can apply their theoretical and practical knowledge in creative solutions both in well structured and semistructured problems and apply results in practice. Graduates can apply exact logistic approach in the real life situations as logistic centres managers, warehouse managers etc.Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates are able to communicate the practical logistic and consequent problems, express own problems in a quantitative way, help to form interdisciplinary teams.Kompetence - úsudek:Students are able to evaluate their own personal abilities as well as the performance of the team members. They are able to understand the problem from the point of view of the system approach and they can apply complex logistic approach.
