Získané způsobilosti

Znalosti:Students are oriented in quantitative approaches of Project Management (PM), project formalization methods, cost, resource and time analyzis of various types of projects. They know various types of project optimization methods both standard and advanced. They are able to analyze both hard and soft problems, they can apply critical thinking approach. Students are familiar with PM standards (IPMA) and with PM software support (mostly MS Project).Dovednosti:Students can apply their theoretical and practical knowledge in creative solutions both in well structured and semistructured problems and apply results in PM practice. Graduates can apply exact quantitative or qualitative approach in the real life situations in practically every type of organization as junior project managers or project management consultants.Kompetence - komunikace:Students are able to communicate the PM problems, they can coordinate the communication between experts and managers, express such problems in terms of mathematical modelling applicable in PM.Kompetence - úsudek:Students are able to evaluate their own personal abilities as well as the performance of the interdisciplinary team members. They are able to understand the problem from the point of view of project management and mathematical modelling, they are able to apply system approach.
