Znalosti:Studentům jsou předloženy a vysvětleny základní koncepty a instituce ve vztahu k integraci a integračním procesům. Problematika je zasazena do historického kontextu a jsou předkládány náhledy z různých oblastí. Důraz je kladen na evropskou integraci, a to jak na národní, tak i nadnárodní úrovni. Mezinárodní právo, právo EU, standardizace a globalizace, atd. jsou předmětem stežejních informací tohoto předmětu a měly by odpovídajícně rozšířit znalosti studentů a zvýšit jejich celkové povědomí.Dovednosti:Nabytí základních informací a schopnosti orientovat se v politických, právních a dalších rovinách součané integrace. Zvládnutí základních konceptů mezinárodního práva a práva EU s připraveností je aplikovat.Kompetence - komunikace:Studenti jsou připravování pro samostatný, tvůrčí, avšak současně dostatečně odůvodněný názor a podložený způsob užití informací o právních aspektech integrace.Kompetence - úsudek:Na základě vykomunikovaných a nastudovaných informací činit informovaná rozhodnutí o právním rámci integrace a o integraci samotné.
