Cíl

Kurzy jsou pořádány v souladu s akceptovaným a diskutovaným plánem. Plán bude přizpůsoben k řádným změnám v zákoně. Hlavní principy předmětů jsou uvedeny v přednáškách pro větší skupiny studentů. V seminářích je téma podrobně popsáno v malých skupinách v úzkém kontaktu s učitelem. Kurz je zakončen diskusí na téma, písemnou prací a testem, za které se dává credit.

Znalosti:Students are instructed on the basic institutions of a valid national and partly Euro EU law. The student knows the great legal systems, the basic principles of standardization, interpretation and application of Czech law in keeping with the various disciplines of private and public.Dovednosti:Students are well versed in the sources of legal rights of the individual fields, you can individually find the necessary legal expertise to the legal regulations, be familiar with the Czech legal order and can use standard legal instruments.Kompetence - komunikace:Student ideas, legal positions and proposals to address specific legal problems and situations is able to communicate clearly and independently and partly legal. The student manages through relevant communication also have an easy solution.Kompetence - úsudek:Students are prepared for most creative use of law informations.Student his discretion in making appropriate use of thought processes in accordance with legal logic.
