Znalosti:Graduates receive a comprehensive practical skills of trends in business identification with an emphasis on the importance and effect of these trends on global and regional environment. They practically use different concepts to create competitive strategies and they know how to critically evaluate. They can practically handle the aspects of the process of formulating strategies, including the influence of interest groups in these processes. They understand different concepts and models that support increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, including their advantages and limitations. They will have different methodological procedures associated with each stage of the process of strategic management.Dovednosti:Graduates will acquire analytical skills in assessing the external and internal environment of a business are able to process the results of the analysis and organizing, the drawing of synthetic closures as a basis for decision making. Graduates will develop theirs skills in negotiating with relevant stakeholders in decision-making, leadership and implementation of strategic change. They are able to practically apply the theoretical knowledge and self-manage the process of creating business strategy, including the design process of its implementation and evaluation of its impact on business development.Kompetence - komunikace:Graduates are able to communicate within a team of top scientific enterprise and to other levels with respect to organizational structure the company. They are able to communicate with the various interest groups standing both inside and outside the company. Manage communication with experts representing different functional areas of the company.Kompetence - úsudek:Graduates will extend their ability to understand complex relationships between systems and using the analytical and synthetic methods are separately able to deduce the current position of the investigated subject and possibilities for future development.
