Cíl

The goal is to make students familiar with principles, methods and tools of logistic management and supply chain management. In this course students should learn to critically think about logistic problems, analyze logistic systems and apply methods and tools to solve logistic problems in supply chains.

Students will gain critical insight to solve management problems in logistics and supply chain management.Dovednosti:Practical application of methods and use of logistics management tools, independent decisions and solving problems related to management and logistics systems and supply chain design. Practical application of methods ABC analysis, using a logistic support analysis of the product, optimize the structure of the inventory of spare parts and calculating the overall efficiency of manufacturing equipment.Kompetence - komunikace:Management of professional activities in the field of logistics, project management teams in logistics, communication in logistic project teams, preparation and processing of reports, analysis and other data for management decisions in the field of logistics.Kompetence - úsudek:Individual decisionmaking and solving complex problems in logistics.
