Cíl

This course looks at how organizational integrators influence the development of the firm. It enables students to learn and apply a variety of business engineering principles. The basic method of learning is through the case study method. Working in teams, students will explore how companies develop and transform into highly functional entities from the holistic perspective. The lecturer will provide extensive examples from past experiences as a senior executive in a number of defense industry firms.At the end of this course, students should be able to:- understand the company in its entirety- integrate knowledge from different courses (such as the corporate economy, management, marketing, accounting, etc.) and apply it to a project management system- use teamwork
