Cíl

The primary goal of this course is to allow students to improve their competence in communication, teamwork, moderation and other soft skills based on the students’ actual demands.In the course, the students will gain knowledge and competencies regarding active listening, person centered communication, moderation techniques, team development, conflict management and related issues.
