In the first block the students will reflect on their teaching practice, share both their expertise and their problems. They will investigate what they can do to develop their practical teaching skills. They will create an action plan for the development in a certain area. Then they will try to introduce changes gradually into their teaching. In the second block the students will reflect on the process and results of the introduction of the innovations.Course aims:to help participants reflect on their teaching and identify their strengths and weaknessesto support them in planning actions for the development of their teaching skillsto provide space for sharing experienceto address burning issues in teaching
