Cíl
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able: to identify and describe the major classes of RNAs in Eukaryotic cells, to compare their primary, secondary and tertiary structures, to demonstrate the differences in the transcription, processing and function between different types of coding and noncoding RNAs. The students will be able to design an experimental approach how to study the function of given RNA. Moreover, the students will be able to assess the importance of RNA biology studies in mammalian development and disease.
