Cíl
The course provides an opportunity for in-depth study of human rights in the context of family law and European Court of Human Rights case law;The course will be a combination of lectures, debates and student-ledpresentations. Active participation and debate will be promoted.Students will analyse and interpret ECHR case law in order to discuss conceptual issues realated to Family law from Czech and European perspective.
