Cíl

At the end of the course, students should be able to understand and explain the general legal standards that apply in the United States when:- choosing to form a business organization;- raising capital and selling securities; and- hiring employees.Students should be able to work with information provided about U.S. businesses and evaluate whether the businesses are complying with U.S. requirements. They will be able to make reasoned decisions based on the U.S. standards and the facts provided to them in short case studies.
