Cíl

At the end of the course students will be able to do the following:1) Understand the international dimensions of intellectual property law with respect to both public and private international law;2) Interpret the key provisions of international treaties on intellectual property;3) Identify the major differences among national intellectual property laws;4) Create strategies for protecting intellectual property in various countries;and5) Make reasoned decisions about strategies for the enforcement of intellectual property rights in various countries.
