Cíl
At the end of the course, students should be able to(1) understand and explain the main legal cultures of the world and their geographic spread;(2) possess a basic understanding of the principal general problems of comparative law, such as the issues of comparability and comparative evaluation;(3) discuss and attempt to explain the existence of similarities and differences between various legal systems;(4) demonstrate improved skills to communication with foreign jurists, and(5) possess basic knowledge about the most important legal systems, such as English, American, French, German, Islamic and Confucian law, including their historical background, sources of law, judiciary and legal professions.
