Cíl
At the end of the course students should be able to:define basic conception and notions,principles and sources of the NGO law in European context;place NGO law to the system of law;categorize legal persons generally and also NGOscharacterize types of legal persons - association, foundation, institution;interpret the "European approach" to NGOs;express own opinion about the tendencies of development of the legal regulation NGO law in the Czech Republic and in European context.
