Obsah

Methodological guidance of doctoral students during writing their dissertation. Continuous supervision over the work progress: selection and analysis of sources, elaboration of component (sub) chapters of the dissertation. Correction of the structure and content of the dissertation text in accordance with the stated objective and the dissertation concept. Consultations as to problems which can occur at this stage of elaboration (uncertainties about the partial structure of the dissertation, spots not enough covered by available literature, the necessity to generalize the obtained findings).

Literature to be recommended corresponds with the nature and focus of the dissertation.

Požadavky

- Regular consultations with the tutor dedicated to elaborate a project of dissertation thesis. Pertinent correction of the dissertation name and structure. - Completing a course in creative writing or writing of academic texts, which is part of the methodological afternoons or the Spring School. - Participation in the methodological afternoons. - Preparing the project for presentation at a scientific conference. - Active participation in the Spring School. Credit will be awarded to the student based on: - The tutor's statement as to the dissertation (students are responsible to keep track of the consultations undertaken with the tutor). - A confirmation of active participation in the Spring School. - A proof of participation in the methodological afternoons. - A proof of participation in training to international journal databases. - Defense of the dissertation project. - Presenting the project to the Board for Doctoral Studies. - Presenting the project to professional public (in this case represented primarily by other doctoral students) with an option of using audiovisual equipment. - Submitting 20 pages of the dissertation text to the respective tutor. -
