The classes will lay emphasis on analyzing notions standing on the border of sociology, social policy and social work, as well as on production by selected international authors (mostly from English and German-speaking countries) which falls within the mentioned area.

Požadavky
Students will be encouraged to work independently with recommended resources. The outputs of their work in the form of shorter critical studies on selected topics will be discussed individually and in groups. In addition to this, they will be introduced to the latest journal production in the relevant language areas and methodically encouraged to seek it themselves and to process it according to the needs of their dissertations.
