Students are familiar with the conditions of the course and prepare a presentation of selected organizations of social work services in the Czech Republic.Cooperate in preparing presentations to the manager, economist, project manager and social worker chosen organization.The presentation contains the following topics:1) The concept of organization: a form of organization (organization chart), a destination organization, mission, vision, legal framework, founder, core business, core competencies (current and future), self-concept and ideas, values and norms image.2) Environmental organizations: political, legal, economic, historical, social and socio-demographic conditions, existing and potential markets; future requirements and changes, the most important cooperation partners, competition assessment, treatment of the interests of different stakeholders.3) People in the organization's current and future co-workers (number, qualifications, age, gender, forms of adoption), continuing education and staff development, expectations for managers, performance criteria and success.4) Organization structure: functions, duties, responsibilities, responsibilities collaborators, project structures, communication channels, information channels; management principles.5) Work area and scope: target groups, clients, customers, offer; positions with clients, competitors, donors and investors; marketing policy (service offer, pricing, selling, communication, advertising / PR, etc.), professional methods social work and other professional groups (and volunteers).6) Finance and Resources: forms of financing (public and private); support (municipal, regional, national, EU); resources; planning, budgeting and financial management (process and tools); plans for long-term financial security of the organization; innovative financing models .

Student / ka:- Is well versed in project management-knows the specifics of project application preparation and structure- Knows the possibilities of funding from EU and can choose adequate support according to the focus of the project- Can handle the project application and present the concept of the project in a foreign language- Can prepare a presentation in power-point on the Social Economy in foreign language
