- Introduction - digital cameras and other technical gear.- Compression of video, codecs, formats and standards.- Capturing video - angles, movements, handling the stability.- Transferring the data to PC, conversion of video to edit-friendly formats.- Post-production - editing the video, creating transitions, titles, DVD authoring.- Post-production - inserting and editing of sound, special effects.- Exporting - selecting most suitable format, bit rate, resolution.- Publishing of video - internet, DVD.

Získané způsobilosti

Student acquires- skills to operate with digital video cameras,- ability to handle basic principles of composition, angles and focal length,- knowledge about types of video cameras and other video gears (mics, tripods),- skills to do basic editing of video inside advanced NLE software,- skills to recognize and prevent in future some of the most common defect in videography (shaking footage, unnecessary zooming, unwanted videographer´s comments etc.),- knowledge about different video file formats, their usage, advantages and disadvantages.
