Self-reflection of teacher/trainer as the starting point of intercultural education.

Získané způsobilosti

Student získá nové argumentační postupy k řešení otázek kulturní plurality a diverzity; osvojí si dovednosti kritické reflexe a sebereflexe jako východisko vztahů k "jinému", "odlišnému". Integruje a následně aplikuje poznatky z různých oborů (sociologie, sociální a kulturní antropologie, psychologie, pedagogiky) na oblast intrakulturního, multikulturního a interkulturního vzdělávání. Ve svém písemném referátu procvičí osvojené poznatky, prokáže schopnost syntetizovat získané vědomosti a procvičí své interpretační a argumentační dovednosti. Během ústní prezentaci referátu s využitím jeho powerpointové aplikace student rozvíjí a ověřuje své didaktické dovednosti.
