The course examines the management of project from every angle: requirement analysis, work breakdown structuring, cost and risk analysis, time and resource management. A focus is put on project schedulingwith the presentation of the scheduling basics and some various scheduling techniques, including those aiming at facing project uncertainties. Methods for analysing customer requirements; for deducing well-suited organizations and for facing project risks are also discussed.
