Manufacturing of 2D and 3D structure of woven fabric using the projectile, rapier, air-jet weaving looms. Woven fabric structures and controlling of woven fabrcis quality.6. Advanced knitting technique in warp and weft technology (transferring, WKS technology, Spacer technology and their comparison in warp and weft knitting).7. New trends of knitted textiles and structures, innovation of their technical knitted product.8. Technical applications of Nonwovens (Hygiene and Medical Textiles, Textiles for Automotive).9. Nanofibrous materials (Applications, Techniques of production)10. Theory of dyeing. Color fastness - principles and methods of evaluation. Properties of fibers after pretreatment steps. Dyeing of cellulose, animal and synthetic fibers. Interactions between fibers and dyes.11. Finishing techniques (easy-care, flame retardant, water-repellent) - chemicals, effects and testing methods. Special methods of finishing - UV treatment, Laser treatment, plasma treatment.12. Description of the clothing manufacturing technology, including the application of automation (Technical preparation of production, Pattern making, CAD/CAM, Cutting, Sewing machines , Automation)13. Application of modern methods for the design and evaluation of clothing products (Comfort, KES evolution, Pattern making, Clothing pattern cutting, Computer pattern design)14. Application of individual structures and technologies for technical textiles including medical textiles.Cvičení:The practises are take place in a project form. Student receives topics from the relevant textile branches corresponding to the lectures, elaborates and hands semestral works.Topics will be assigned during the semester.

Získané způsobilosti

Rozšíření slovní zásoby odborné angličtiny v oblasti textilního inženýrství, seznámení se s novinkami v oblasti předení, tkaní, pletení, netkaných textiliích, zušlechťování a oděvnictví.
