Fabric manufacture and Fabric Structure: preparation for weaving; Weaving and weaving machines, primary and secondary motions of loom; dobby and jacquard. shedding; mechanics of weft insertion with shuttle; warp and weft stop motions, warp protection,; functional principles of weft insertion systems of shuttle-less weaving machines, principles of multiphase and circular looms7. - 8. Knitting manufacture and knit structure: Basic principles of knitting; Basic weft and warp knitted constructions; Relation between knitting machines and yarn quality, Features and Productivity of different types of machines; Geometry of loops; Control of loop length, fabric weight and dimensions; Structure property relations of knitted fabrics.9.- 10. Clothing and ready-made garment: brief introduction to clothing, clothing measurements, clothing sizes, pattern makings, sampling, cutting, induction, stitching machines, stitching, trimming, finishing, packing.Practises:Cvičení svojí náplní navazuje na přednášku - procvičuje se látka vyložená na přednášce.

Získané způsobilosti

Po absolvování předmětu bude mít student základní představu o technologických procesech v textilním průmyslu. Studenti budou schopni studovat anglickou literaturu v oblasti jejich specializace, potřebnou pro vypracování bakalářské/diplomové práce. Mohou komparovat vliv zpětných procesů na sledování textilních materiálů ve svém oboru. To jim pomůže získat ucelenou představu o historii materiálů používaných v různých textilních aplikacích. Tento kurz připraví studenty na pokročilé kurzy v textilním oboru.
