The main aim is to introduce students with such a specific matter and historical source like is the Seal. Its role within the Middle-Ages, Early Modern Age and Modern Age in the Europe was very specific and important. The Seal represented its owner and after his death materialized him for eternity. The forgery of seals was therefore punishing by death. Students are going to learn about the composition of seal and the meaning of its parts. They find out how to describe and classify the Seal. They get brief outline of its history and development.
