Cíl
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the methods of the proposal of the movement programs - for health-oriented fitness interventions to influence how the exertion in healthy individuals and non-trained subjects, and selected groups of patients in the primary and secondary prevention.
Sylabus
Classwork contents: 1. Introduction to the sports discipline parkour (philosophy, history, environment, organization, principles of technique, physical training, mental training), motivation in parkour training2. Information about parkour facility at FPES and other training spots, safety movement and injury prevention (spotting, anticipation)3. Specific warm-up in parkour (global warm-up, activity-specific warm-up, quadrupedal movement; warm-down), specifics of conditioning in parkour4. Parkour techniques (landing, rolls, standing jumps, mounts, vaults, balance, wall runs, clearing, drop jumps, stepping movements, advanced vaults, running jumps, arm jumps, swings and hanging movements)5. Exercise in nature6. Combination of parkour techniques, fluidity of movement (efficiency and aesthetics of movement)7. Acrobatic elements in parkour - freerunning
