Topic: Two-day workshop: Writing for the theatreDepartment of drama and Department of English studiesLecturers: Sophie Bouvier and David LivingstoneDates of the workhop: 2.12 and 9.12. 2015This workshop will be a good opportunity for drama and English studies students to meetand collaborate around a common project. It is designed for students who already have agood command of English (B2 level) and wish to use it in a more creative way. Thesetwo days of five hours each will allow students to experience concrete difficulties whenwriting for the stage, or for the radio.On the first day students will work in teams and produce short scenes in different genres(comic, realism, absurd..) around one theme. The second day students will find their castand have their scenes played out in front of the group. We will film the scenes and giveconstructive feedback. We hope to work in a relaxed and non competitive atmosphere,but students will get 3 credits for their efforts..

Student se seznámí s dramatickou tvorbou norského spisovatele Henrika Ibsena, dokáže pojmenovat její hlavní znaky a přínosy moderní evropské dramatické tvorbě.
