Obsah
This course will be oriented through three modes: Integrative theories and meta-theories relevant to leadership, stories from life experience, and dialogical inquiry. We will look for how examples from current and past life situations can illuminate the core themes in this course. Working from this foundation, we will learn together how leadership, service and development apply to our lives. Each of these themes will be examined in light of relevant theory to help us co-construct knowledge that can be applied to personal situations of working to make a difference in the world.
Získané způsobilosti
Through participating in the co-creation of knowledge about leadership, service and development, students will be prepared to engage in ongoing/life-long learning to grow their ability to be change agents in society. These meta-skills will support student's work in any field of endeavor.
