Obsah
The workshop will enable students to explore their life story, the thoughts and feelings that arise in doing so, and the meaning they attach to it ? a self-praxis. Exercises involving a range of metaphorical lenses will enable themes and motifs to emerge. Exploration will include 1st, 2nd and 3rd person perspectives, types and levels of engagement, belief patterns, and psychological schemas regarding the unconscious.Students will be offered the possibility of entering into a more effective dialogue with themselves in order to begin the process of uncovering their hidden true self buried within the drama of their story, and discover clues to their purpose as a human being. They will be further invited to discuss new possibilities arising from their story as they develop the competency of self-authorship.

In providing students with an opportunity to experience fresh insights into their own human potential and deepen their self-awareness, students will gain competencies regarding interpersonal relationships, and intrapersonal relationships including the competency of self-authorship.
Požadavky
The assessment criteria for the workshop is based on active and participatory approaches to learning. Students will be expected to contribute through dialogue, exercises, small and whole group work, and personal reflections.
