Obsah
We will cover the many aspects of "global listening". This includes reading and interpreting body language, voice tonality, enhancing intuition, creating a space for the person you are listening to and so on. We will also aim to teach techniques for asking questions to elicit information and get a deeper understanding for the person communicating.The course will be very experiential and supported by proper theory from the fields of coaching and leadership.

The workshop will increase the student's ability to understand other people and be sensitive to the fluctuations within relationships. This will be applicable both creating better professional and private relations as well as being more effective in activities such as work meetings, negotiations and so on.
Požadavky
The optimal way of assessment in this course would be (1) a demonstration of proper use of the method and (2) a presentation on the theoretical basis.
